NissanConnect, Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017)

Hello Gents,

I drive a Nissan N-Connecta (2016). It's paired with my Samsung A3 (2017). Unfortunately I'm not able to use the NissanConnect app.

My phone connects via Bluetooth without any issues. (Audio, phone work perfectly fine.)
I launch NissanConnect app, but it gets stuck in "Connecting" status.

Although the Samsung A3 (2017) is not among the supported phones, I've no idea why it can't connect. I've compared the supported Bluetooth profiles with other phones, and there is no difference.

Could anybody use NissanConnect app with Samsung A3?
Does anybody know what the requirements are? Why are some phones supported, some models are not? (Having the same version of Android)

Thx
Zoli, Hungary
