Fault code b1054

Got the above fault come up checked wires under the seats seem fine to me but did find one on the drivers side disconnected but can see where it goes.On the passenger side it’s taped up anyone got any idea

Has your car been water damaged? I don't think i've seen the inside of a car with rust on it like that . If you are getting water inside your going to get a lot more issues over time

carpets are dry,where you looking at for the rust?
i really need to try and sort this as mot due end of the month,or maybe the tester will turn a blind eye or could try and put some black tape on it and hope his eyesights poor lol
