Manual to Automatic Air Conditioning

Hello everyone.

I would like to upgrade my AC system on my Qashqai 2016.

My actual Air conditioning control system is manual, but I would like to change it to the automatic version.
May it be done by just swapping the panel?

Absolutely no idea! Best guess is that its not possible without costing an absolute fortine.

Unfortunately the plug /socket on the rear of the two types of controller are quite different, so you can't do a plug-and-play to try it out.

(I know the buttons aren't identical to the first illustration but it's still a manual-type controller)
