I had a false Recall alert on the You+ app before for the exact same issue. I bet this is another.

Communication does appear to be an issue in many areas within Nissan. I don’t know if the problem lies with the dealers or with Nissan themselves or perhaps even a little of both

Thanks for the website info, Dave. I inputted my registration number and it says there are no outstanding safety recalls for my Qashqai*

Hi all,
Had an email from dealer saying " that the recalls are now live" and to contact them about booking car in for work to be done. No mention about what the problem is, so will let you know when work has been carried out.

My software update was done yesterday, along with the Radar being changed behind the badge, they also did the BCM update and a mystery engine update, so we'll see how it goes.

Hello everyone.
I just spoken to the dealer and the IEB system recall is now live so it will be done on 2nd September.
God knows what they'll do to it and what the result will be?????
Up to now I've had numerous false alarms and sudden breaking for no reason at all.
Took to dealer in past and said it was all ok.
The future will tell......

Yep, just logged on to You+ and its no longer saying i have a recall... smh

The 2018 car I bought a couple of weeks ago has false emergency braked a couple of times, and yesterday the dealer advised that there was now a recall, and they would likely be replacing the radar and updating some software.
