Hi, I'm a newb on this forum....but having had a quick look around it looks like someone on here will have an answer to my query. We have a J11 1.6dci Tekna 4WD. When we first purchased this car in the winter I managed to get a visual display of the split of the amount of drive between front and rear axles. This was on the display behind the steering wheel. I have tried recently to get the same display but cant remember which submenu it is in or which combination of buttons/switches to press to get the display up. I'm unable to find the answer in the handbook either.
Does anyone else have the answer?
4WD Display

I've just returned from Colorado and whilst there hired an X-Trail (badged Rogue).
The 4-wheel drive display on that car was shown by scrolling through the display on the centre of the dash by using the arrow keys on the steering wheel.
Don’t know whether that helps

Pretty sure mine's the same. Left button and toggle through until it appears. Not in a sub menu. You won't see it move much though, just a slight bit up to 40 MPH on the road then nothing. Even in deep mud and giving it some beans I've only seen about 20% max go to the rear.

Thanks Mike/Switchback. I've had another try specifically by pressing the 'enter' button on the left of the steering wheel. This changes through a few different headings such as 'speed', 'settings', 'tyre pressures' ,'traffic signals' etc. Still no sign of anything to do with 4WD split though. Could someone be more specific as to exactly the process for accessing the relevant menu/display as this seems like it should be simple but its frustratingly elusive.
Thanks for your help so far.....

On the Rogue I hired it was just one of the displays that appeared.
Sorry

If it does not appear when you cycle through with the up and down buttons then there is within settings an option to add and remove items that are displayed. I will have to check later where this is.

It sounds like you're in the right place and doing the right thing, it must be in there somewhere. Make sure you "toggle" the "enter" button in either direction (up or down) rather than press it.srkdqashqai wrote: ↑Sun Apr 29, 2018 7:11 pm I've had another try specifically by pressing the 'enter' button on the left of the steering wheel.
