Connect crashing.

I've got version D302 installed which should be the fix for Connect crashing but it's started doing it again on a regular basis. Is there another fix for this? Nissan re-flashed the software a couple of years ago to cure the problem but it's now back again. Booked in for next Monday..........

Switchback, last year I had intermittent problems with our QQ with the Nissan Connect Crashing completely and then after a short drive and stop it would work again. As normal I take photos, Log it and drive to our Dealer who always jump on it to look for the problem. In the end a Software Update #502 (do not forget this is Germany) was carried out in Apr.17 but the problem came back and Nissan were then contacted who naturally asked for more checks and Software updates - did not work.
Then I mentioned I had no confidence in the QQ and the Dealer again contacted Nissan and they finally agreed to install a new Nissan Connect (€4500) #259154ET3A not on my cost in May.17 and it finally worked and solved the problem - one happy sailor - Dave

Nissan fitted a complete new Connect unit this week so hopefully all will be OK now......................

I am unable to connect at all to the NissanConnect, no matter what I do. After some complains by mail for help to Nissan Support UK, I got some help and explanations. But when nothing help they simply stop answering me.
I live in Israel so could it be that NissanConnect doesn't work or what ?????
