Steering wheel electrics

Hi, I have a problem on my 2008 Qashqai.
When I press either the telephone button, or the cancel button on the steering wheel, the horn sounds !
Also, when I pu the lights on to auto, the headlights (dim) come ON, even in bright daylight ! Also, when the headlights are on, the dip/full beam doesn’t work. However I can still use the flash facility.
Any ideas pleas
