Are you sure you can't find it in the manual?

No one's posted a link for the J11B manual yet so I'm working from the J11A one:

[Auto lights]:
The sensitivity of the automatic lighting can be
adjusted. From the [Lighting] menu, select [Auto
Lights]. Use the or and ENTER switches to
select the required sensitivity. The following options
are available:
– On earliest
– On earlier
– Standard
– On later

Nissan removed the setting to adjust the sensitivity of the automatic lights on the J11B. There’s no menu option at all like there was on the J11A model.

Having said that, the auto lights on the J11B work like a dream and don’t turn on when driving under a footbridge and forget to turn themselves off afterwards, for example, like they did on my previous QQ!

Weird why they'd remove the adjustment.

Have they also removed the parking sensor proximity adjustment?

The auto-lights on my Ignis turn on under most motorway bridges - and turn off 8 seconds later - just like Autocar's Long Term test car!

Nissan removed the physical button to turn off the parking sensors. You now have to navigate to Parking Aids buried deep in the menu system.
The option to adjust the proximity sensor range is still there...
