Hi Guys, When my Iphone 5S is connected via USB and playing Music for no reason sound cuts out then returns to normal playing, this may happen a two /three times then unit power is disconnected then powers up again and the goes to Radio Now done this a couple of times anyone ever had the same problem. iv'e checked the Software version it's DO24 and the hardware is 031, any thoughts

That is a really really old software version, it's now up to either D302 mostly for the UK, or D502 and D554 (I think) for rest of europe.

You can download and do it yourself (instructions somewhere on here) , although it's time consuming and involves leaving your engine running for 50 minutes with the hazards flashing.

Nissan dealer will update s/ware at no cost when you have your annual service.

thanks for your replies, Service is Due in Sept i'll wait till then and see what they say.
