Phone calls via Bluetooth problem

Hi everybody,
I have some problem in my audio system.
When i making a phone call the other side is hearing me but I can't hear him.
I tried few phones(android) and it's the same.
Music via Bluetooth work's well.
Today i also tried to update the system to d502 and it's the same.
Any suggestions?

Asked previously; always use the SEARCH box before starting dupe threads.

I presume you have tried the easy stuff, like:-
1. Make a call and turn the volume up on your Connect unit.
2. Get someone to call you, etc.

Probably quicker to pop into your dealership and get them to sort out the problem

Stupid question, but have you tried turning up the volume on the handset itself whilst on the call? I've been caught out a few times

Yeah sure, i think i tried every combination of button pressing...

Is your phone software up to date? Not sure if that will make a difference but just a thought.

Yes it's up to date, and i tried several phones so the phone is not the problem :(
