Memory seat retrofit

I have 2014 QQ business 360 with original electric seats without memory function. I might get 2018 tekna+ memory seat on my hands, this seat has wrecked airbags but lower part seems to be OK. What do you think, does the memory function work if i just swap the seat ?
I know that on some Volvo's and VW's has seat memory module under the seat, these kind of seats can be retrofitted.
