Am now doing a full reset too, my last update was Jun 2019 and its offered no updates since.

Looks like a bug in the update software to me.
In that case have you informed the Administrator....Nissan Customer Services?
Well, until yesterday I was simply sat there waiting for updates to become available... it had worked ok in the past, I just assumed no new ones were available....

And so yesterday I did a full reset. Got the newer maps... all ok...

Then this morning, 1st startup with new maps in place, the whole unit went loopy. 7 to 8 consecutive reboots, long pause, unit then came back having Factory Reset itself.

But it worked fine thereafter. (phew)

So after that bounce about were your settings saved. Or have you got to setup loads of stuff again?

Nissan CS alerted.

Radio station settings persisted, vehicle settings ok too... lost the head unit settings/preferences and connections though, menu settings also lost.

It only took 10 mins to add them back in though.
