Lost Key Fob

Hi guys,
My first post here.. Need some help as I have lost 1 of my key fobs and have just the 1 spare now. So i contacted my insurance company to help get a replacement fob. They told me that i would need to get the entire locking system and fobs changed as it poses a security risk if someone finds the lost fob. Fair enough.. But they asked me to get this done on my own and are willing to chip in only 300£
I contacted my local Nissan dealer and they gave me a quote of 727.98£
Also contacted a company i found online carkeysolutions.co.uk and they have quoted me 450£

I tried searching this forum but did not see anyone who faced this same issue.
Could someone please guide me if the quotes are too high and also if anyone knows someone who could do it cheaper?

Get your dealer to deactivate the lost key as per manual you have.
Then buy a new key coded by the dealer.
Insurance Coy should be happy if lost key will no longer work.

but i dont think the insurance company will be happy that the door could still be unlocked with manual key on the fob
