Connect won’t work

My connect flashes on and off can’t do anything with it keeps coming up with something about firmware

Hi
Did you get anywhere with this?
We have just had the same issue and are no longer able to use the system as it keeps resetting itself.
The radio is no longer working either.

Easiest fix would be to get Nissan dealer to reflash the firmware.
If you made a diy attempt to update, you need to use SEARCH, for previous posts
from DUNCHO on subject, and the specific protocol you must follow when updating.
To both posters always use SEARCH before starting new threads
