An update: the car was taken back to the dealer, who updated various system (as well as giving the car a thorough clean), and the time has remained correct for a week now so I’m hopeful the issue is resolved.

Only picked up my new Qashqai last Friday and had exactly the same problem. Have got it booked in for next week for this update thingy. Hopefully this will cure the problem as it seems yours did. Fingers crossed.

Any news for this issue for J11a cars?
Had it last year and thought it might be a faulty battery.
Had to replace it recently with a brand new Varta but last week I notices this issue again.
Always exact 1 hour wrong and always placed back on the correct hour when driving only seconds...

Very strange indeed...
Heard a fellow with a J10 with the same issue as well.

Any ideas?

I think this might be something you can fix in the settings menu.
This happened to me at the end of October and it was due to Day light savings setting in the menu

Day light savings? Shouldn't it be always 1 hour wrong then? Or is this setting somehow overruled by the radio reception of some kind?

I'm sure I was told on a FB QQ page the reason for this issue was it looses signal with the signal the satnav receives but as soon as you start driving the signal is found and sorts clock timings.........happened to me a couple of times but was strange why it only does it once in a while
