That particular symbol is listed as No.44 in the manual and in the notes in section 43-50 it means there is a fault with one or more of the following.

Lane Departure Warning
Blind Spot Warning
Traffic Sign Recognition
Intelligent Emergency Braking
Intelligent Cruise Control
ProPILOT System
Steering Assist
Rear Cross Traffic Alert

So like Dave mentions, it could just be that one of the cameras needs a clean.

No - it's just telling you the system is activated - a fault would be much bigger and in the centre

I think you are right, gloucester... thinking back to Friday, when I had Start/Stop Failure and AdBlue System Failure both of those warnings were in the centre and much bigger.

They normally appear in white on the top left, under the clock, when they are just turned on. Turning yellow when activated and making the beeping noise.

So! Apart from gloucester and myself have this symbol showing on their VID? I too suspect that if it was a system warning that it would be a bit "louder" than this.

I believe i see that too when lane departure is enabled. Small icon, top right, not a warning icon. Flashes orange and beeps when i veer over the white lines

Greetings from New Zealand Pandjh ..
I have just purchased a 2nd hand QQ st 2016 2.0 j11 .. There is no mention in the supplied manual/s re the Vehicle info display.. I have seen a [settings] menu .. print out on these forums .. but cannot seem to find it again .. do you or anybody have such documentation ??

Hi Kiwi Paul, i suggest you do a google search on
filetype:pdf for the qasqhai j11 owners manual so you can then search electronically for info in the manuals. The manual i have does cover it from a menu/option based perspective but doesn't go into a lot of detail about the options. Most are quite intuitive tbh.

Look under Instruments and Controls.
