Hi,
I have the F16A Software but would like to have the D605 with Android Auto. But Android Auto it is not released in Denmark yet so the Nissan car dealers can’t do any updates.

So I would like to do it myself. Does anyone knows if I can update to D605 with my current infotainment system version F16A.

I attached the Service window in two pictures.

Any input on if it is possible would be appreciated.

No...that would be a large step back and the hardware 038 is wrong for D version firmware.

Like me you are stuck with F16A unless you replace the complete ICE unit with an Android type from China. And Android Auto may not work on the Chinese variants?

Okay that is so sad as all features on the F16A software are really boring and useless.

You have the old style unit (SD card - button legends)

This is not compatible at all with Android Auto.
