Hello,
Just purchased a 2016 Acenta model from Cargiant. Noticed today that it is really tricky to get the boot to open- you can hear/feel the release trying to open when button is pushed, but it takes 2-4 pushes before it opens/ releases. Is this a known problem? Thanks!

Think you have to press, hold and lift. Lock doesn't appear to fully release unless you hold the button and lift. Try it
