Hello people,
My husband drove the car to an airport and went to catch a flight, I took over the wheel and drove home. As you can probably already sense, he left with the key in his pocket. The car was still running, so I drove away. We were in a hurry so by the time I noticed the no-key-detected notification he already passed the security and border controls, so I couldn't come back for the key and we have no spare one. So I drove home without the key, parked the car but I couldn't lock it. Seems like it has no automatic lock function. Is there any "cheat" to lock the car without the key?

Always good to have a spare key!
I don't think you can lock it without a key - anyone?

IF you dont get any replys you need to close the mirrors by pressing the top of door button that makes the car look as if its locked @ buy a crooklock\get key posted to you\car battery will drain over a week or so ....restart by jumper leads and the car should reset and recharge without any cost to you..... Hope somebody comes in with better ideas to help you david

Thanks everyone for the responses! We didn't get 2 keys :/ but I will ask for another. It might make sense for nissan engineers to make some workaround to lock the car without the key in cases like this, or connect the car to one's phone and make the lock function from there, to avoid that everyone can lock one's car... The car survived for 4 days, hopefully it will survive 2 more.
