I Killed a MK1 Tekna Nav CD Changer HY00E

Clever clogs here managed to destroy the the button function on the headunit bit of the nav in the wife's Qashqai, when I tried to remove it to add an inline FM transmitter, so she could listen to Spotify from her phone.

Being a clumsy doofus, rather then removing the entire thing from the dash, I managed to separate the buttons and fascia from the unit, and bugger up the PCB inside.

Does she want an aftermarket upgrade?

Nope, because she'd lose the reversing camera and the computer functions.

Whereas the HY00E units I've found on eBay, look like this...



...as I guess they are for cars that don't have the nav or reversing camera.

Any ideas where I can find one, that comes with a radio unlock code?
