Basic radio in J11 2014 Qashqai - Bluetooth connection problems

I having problems with the basic radio in my 2014 Qashqai with it not taking any new bluetooth connections. I have just got a new phone and the basic radio will not pair with my new mobile phone also I can't delete the old phone in the "delete device" section. I think this could be just a case of doing a factory rest on the radio unit but can't find any information on doing this action. I have try a normal factory reset of the car electronics but still the same problems. Any ideas on a doing a factory reset on the radio?
