Hi everyone

I have a 69 plate Qashqai and they are a lovely vehicle.

However, I have noticed extensive fogging in the offside rear light unit (see images)

I visited my Nissan Dealership to see what could be done under warranty and they gave me a copy of the attached "Customer Brief" claiming that this is normal and not covered under warranty. This doesn't feel right to me, should they at least investigate the issue as I thought these were sealed units?

thanks for reading

Most of us don't suffer this problem with any car but many of us suffer from dumb dealers. Thats a warranty issue unless its been damaged somehow?

Clearly they get so many complaints they have to have a Customer Service Information Bulletin! :)
