Hi all,

I've been trawling through previous posts to see what others have thought about replacing their factory head units with a third party head unit and after reading predominately good things I've decided to take the plunge and go for a Dasaita 10.2" Android 9.0 head unit (Link at end of post).

My question is, has anyone recently installed one of these into a Qashqai J11 (2016) and if so where did they find the instructions to do it? I'd also like to know what your opinion on the unit is and if you have any tips for me whilst carrying out the install?

Last week i have installed a Dasaita HU in my 2016 J11. It was pretty straightforward installation. According to my memory, There were 5 connectors in origional nissan stereo but used 4 connectors that goes to Dasaita HU.

Plenty of videos on YouTube on how to remove and install an Android HU.
In my 2018 QQ i installed the Dasaita 10.2 PX6 HU which isn't hard to do. .ie remove old hu and install the new Android HU with Android auto and Apple Car play.
You still retain the steering wheel functions which you can program to do other things and the 360 all round camera also works.
