Hi. New qashqai owner and my first post. I've paired both my wife's phone and my own into the system. They are both the same model of phone and show up on the screen as one Samsung j6 . Pressing "select" then gives the choice of which phone to be connected to the system Bluetooth. It seems the car will only run one phone at a time. Is this correct ?.
We found this when my wife's phone rang but wasn't picked up by the vehicles system .( My phone was shown as the one connected to the car - verified by my contacts list).
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

I have two Androids registered in the Head Unit and never tried them as you report. I suspect that only one will be activated and as seen by the BT symbol (Signal Level & Battery) and based on the last selection.

Don't think the Head Unit can auto select phone entries in the menu. Its not multi channel Bluetooth in that respect

Other cars I've owned have allowed you to input 2 phones and would connect the incoming call to either phone to the card hands-free system. Am I doing something wrong ?.

Plumbob, I think you are correct with your assumptions But it appears that 5 phones can be connected but it looks like only one can be used. I found some comments from the US Rogue which mentions similar comments or take a read of the Manual - Dave 😉

You can have plenty of phones registered and pre-paired in the head unit (ICE) but the selection of a phone is manual (priority). Any incoming call to an unselected phone that is present in the vehicle will ring that phone...not through the head unit to the speakers though.
