Hello I’m looking to get the same unit but was wondering if you have to re wire the whole unit or do existing wires connect to it? And canbus box will need to match the car model right? Thank you

You have to have a box which matches your car. You also need another wiring loom with another CAN_BUS-box. That's why I always buy Dasaita units. They have the correct wiring and continuous update of the MCU and the Unit itself.

Aliexpress.com. Search for Nissan Qashqai and Android 10. Buy only from Dasaita shop, that's safe. Be careful there are three version.
With 360 camera and so on. Talk to them to get the correct unit.

Whats UK HMRC take (duty) on these units. From what I remember ParcelForce gets £10 for handling?

There's no duty if you have it shipped from UK or Germany.

Can somebody please recommend another android radio with Canbus box which will actually work with VISIA steering control?

I solved the steering wheel control issue for this unit. The can bus decoder is correct for models "without display audio" stock (the model with the smallest display), but I think it works for other models as well.
The problem is the wiring, apparently there are two plugs that are not connected, with two green and white wires each. I disconnected the pins from both connectors and repositioned them in the larger connector as shown in the photo. No other changes to the wiring, you connect this connector in place of the other with more wires connected.

you have to choose correct CanBus manufacturer's name in setting. then restart and try it. hope it work.
