starting issue!

Hi, Wonder if anybody could help with this issue I had over last few days. I had all signs of a faulty battery, so bought a brand new AGM battery for my QQ still would not start. Called the AA and he ran his usual scan of issues and said it showed ECU fault with fuel pump. He said could not reset, but looking on dash the NATS symbol is lit up when ignition on, so wonder if anyone can help.
