Viadani, it does look like you have the older Nissan Connect System even the YouTube video is old. I have just pulled this up from my information and this is the New System and it is what we have as I have just checked - Dave
Tnx Dave,I understand that on new one everything works however, as shown on the YT video some things work on Connecta 2 as well and I am trying to make that work.

Connecta 2 (ICE box) may have been "a dream" in the heads of Nissan as regards full phone functionality...media etc. It was largely abandoned somewhere about 2017 and hangs in the device as somewhat legacy nonsense.
Bluetooth for media sound and GPS/Nav/POI work ok. Phone calls (no voice commands) ok. No video. No loadable Apps so the mobile has no usable/useful interface to the box. There is no Wi-Fi (802.11bgn) function.
Did I miss something here or make it worse than it really is?
Sorry you said Bluetooth for GPS/Nav/POI works? Can you please tell me how?
All I can do over Bluetooth is sharing music and phone calls over the car.
Bluetooth for media sound (incl phone calls)...not including GPS etc. I should have been clearer...sorry.
Viadani, Oh ! I think we should have remembered that information from March. But if you do not have a problem these points do not stick in your mind so much. Let’s hope that this is your problem solved - Dave

A but disinterested but its not end of the world.. I was after "send to car" option but i guess I will have to do it traditional way by looking the the navi on the phone.
Tnx for clarification anyway!
Something I never bothered with once I discovered that the NissaanConnect App doesn't Connect. Think it was abandoned somewhere early 2017-ish. So, now stuck in the menus (My Apps) are two image links for Facebook and Google Search.
Connecting Android phone via USB cable and clicking either FB or Google flings up a message about downloading the NissanConnect App to the phone. Done that in 2017 and signed up...to nothing. Same procedure with phone paired in on Bluetooth. The Nissan App of course would have you on a mobile tarrif PDQ...so they can stick that..my POV.
I note my Android phone don't play music by USB cable to the Connecta Box. Perhaps there's a struggle involved and which I can't be bothered with. Bluetooth music and video sound track OK but the box can get confused when switching USB/Bluetooth. Switch OFF and start again.
DAB performance is close to useless with many signal drops. So I keep to VHF FM...better
Against earlier boxes it does not hang/reboot at all....at least. Marks out of 10....3

The only way to "send to car" for this box is to load Google Lat/Long (destination) co-ordinates onto a USB stick. Load that to My POI's in the Nav menu. I made a good few up and loaded them all at once. It is an awkward/old fashioned method.
By the way the Nissan Connect apps were absolutely hopeless - extremely limited functionality. For example from memory the Facebook app only allowed you to check in. I tried them once and never used them again.
