Hi

My 2016 Qashqai Acenta Premium has a basic radio.

I have just removed it as I was informed that the aerial connection would be of the Fakra type.

It is not.

So from the picture , is the aerial connection to the left of this picture ( grey plug ) , and by what connection name does it go by so I can buy another splitter.

It looks like FAKRA RF type which is a cabling container (body). The radio coax cable is terminated as SMB male/female usually. The SMB termination could well be non standard in that it has no thread...push in. Never had one out.

Someones split the cable here....somewhere.

I believe the aerial connector is the left plug.
The right black plug , when unplugged has what looks like a micro USB inside

the right one is the extension cable to the USB inside armrest

That I am aware of thanks - its the LH one thats causing a problem
