This error message is coming up on every page - any ideas?

Using Firefox 82.0.2 on up-to-date Windows on PC

All ok here...Virgin Worcestershire. You have a broken route option via China..maybe?

I'm taking a look. I've enabled browser notifications, if you click yes it seems to work fine. Just clicked no and received the same as you.

I have the error messages but being dim I don't know how to enable browser notifications - please can someone point me in the right direction ?

Sorted it now - Firefox setting

But I don't want "browser notifications" thanks - this doesn't happen with any other website.

I've tried enabling all notifications and disabling all notifications in this website - I still get the error message either way

I've also been to about:preferences#privacy and found I'm not blocking this site

I've eventually "solved" the issue by Blocking this site via the speech bubble - refer https://blog.mozilla.org/firefox/block- ... -requests/

I don't see why this suddenly became a problem - no changed in hardware or software here - apart from Firefox updating automatically.
