You might check the pollen filter isn't damp?
Can you elaborate? This sounds interesting, wouldn't it create a problem when the aircon is on?

If the pollen filter is sodden with water this would be the reason for the condensation.

A blocked pollen filter, which cleans air entering the car, can be another possible cause.

Check to see if your pollen (cabin) filter is wet. It could be that water got into it somehow and now wet air is being blown into your car
Thanks Gloucester, ill get it looked at but I don't think its that, I say this because having the AC on clears it as would be expected. Something I have just thought of is, that instead of washing my pride and joy myself I took it to a hand car wash place and the bloke opened each door and jet washed the sills and bottom of the doors, i have a feeling this is the main reason for the excessive fogging.if i go again ill ask him not too (when its not so cold I do it myself and never had any problems)
