We've got the recall letter from Nissan so I'm assuming it needs done.

Well it only needs to be done if you carry small children in the car - doesn't it?

Turvey, I can really understand your concern about the distance / time involved to get this update down, but I do detect a little concern / worry also if you do not do it. If you have been advised by Nissan on this Recall, I believe that it is also monitored by the Dept. of Transport. Why not give your Dealer or NCS a Buzz and see if there is any possible legal problems if it is not done - Dave

Just stick a sticker on the door next to the switch saying it hasn't been done.
