Rear seatbelt buckle jammed

Hi all
We’ve managed to get our dog seat belt jammed into the centre belt buckle and can’t get it out. We’ve tried a flat head screw driver incase it’s catching but that hasn’t done it. I’ve tried searching on here but the post where I found videos don’t play
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I don’t really want to take it to the garage!
