Door lock won't open door from outside.

Hi my 2017 qashqai j11. First wouldn't open near side front door from inside. But found the problem was the hidden child lock switch on lock actuator. I know have a intermittent problem when unlocking of key fob or button on handle same door wont open from outside. Once its its opened from inside it will be ok till locked again. All cables good. Any ideas? Thanks.
