Sunnyboy, firstly welcome to the QQ Forum ! Take a look at the attachment on what I installed in our QQ Tekna +. If you need more data take a look in β€œSearch” - I hope it helps Dave 😊

A 17 inch diameter space saver accommodates the sub woofer perfectly. There are kits on E bay which have the jack and wheelbrace included.

Buffy, I can assure you that you can assemble the Sub-Woofer into a 16” Dia Space Saver Wheel. My Wheel is the original Nissan Wheel from our 2014 QQ re-installed in our J11B. After assessing the problems I had to modify the Fixing Screw and the Sub-Woofer Just sits above the Wheel Rim with Spacers underneath, can be a Ring or Individual Ones. Never had a problem with this assembly and why throw away a good 16” and buy a new 17” if the problem can be overcome - Dave πŸ˜‰

Yes, a 17” Wheel does give more space ! βœ…

The Red Marking indicates that the Sub-Woofer sits slightly high :

I have today fitted a 17inch spacesaver wheel to my 19 plate tekna and the sub fits in perfect, I bought with the kit a longer retaining bolt

I didn't need a replacement retaining bolt, the one that held the subwoofer was fine!

I now have my replacement Tekna.
I have a 17in space saver and the sub from the 69 plate Tekna would not fit the space saver - nor would the sub from the 20 plate Tekna.

Your thoughts please after looking at the pictures ?

Many thanks

Buffy, you might think this is a Stupid question but is the Wheel positioned so ? - Dave πŸ˜‰

What is weird is that I have now seen 3 different Sub-Woofers inc yours which might well have different dimensions 😩:
