Pass side elec window.

Hi, before I take the door card off was wondering if I could be guided. Pass side window is in closed position. Will not go down but you can hear the motor working. Regulator? Or possibly something less expensive. Where should I focus my attention and is it relatively easy to get to to where I need to to diagnose? Thanks for your help.

Please specify this vehicle J11 or J10?

Sorry. 2011 model. So not the latest version.

I think this subject is covered elsewhere on this site. I suspect you'll need to inspect the motor/gearing unit . I don't have a picture
