Welcome to the house of fun.

If I remember correctly the doors are the same for the J11a and J11b - so they should fit.
Whether they are any good, I have no idea - never understood why folks use them, personally.

I think you will find Mike is correct ! Here are a couple of HEKO Ads that just mention 2013 > Onwards & 2013 > 2019. We have a 2019 which is no different to a 2020. Are the 2017 HEKO‘s cheaper or from a previous QQ ? - Dave 😉🙏

Don't have them on my Qashqai yet but i do have window deflectors on my c.max and find them useful with regards to being able to keep open the window partially if needed for ventilation and stops the glass misting. You can even keep them open during rain, the water doesn't come in as long it's not open too wide.
The wind doesn't buffer into the car either.
One note of caution, when I first installed mine I used a spray of silicone grease to ease the window past the deflector on mine as they fitted inside the window seal area. This attracted the dirt grit and sometimes even to this day can sometimes make a scratching sound on the very top window edge, so I wouldn't do that again with hindsight.
