DaveBerlin - a 20-reg Tekna probably won't have memory seats... That's a feature on the Tekna+ only as standard albeit optional with the full Nappa Leather pack in the Tekna.

Certainly the seat seemed to move a long way forward in my Tekna - and I have short legs!
Hi, It seems odd for my QQ. I have posted a picture above with current position of the seat on the frame. Please can you check if your's is in the same position as well.
Thank you.

From the photo it certainly looks wrong to be stopping there.

Sorry - I sold my car!

It's okay. Thanks for confirming though. I will get the dealer to check see if they can do any thing with it.

Just to be sure.... you are aware the same switch that controls the up and down also controls the back and forwards? You just toggle it towards the front of the car to move the seat forward.

Yes, I do aware of that. But it seems odd that electric adjustable seat not coming forward as much as manual ones, which is causing this issue with my foot.

So the button you are using to make the seat go up/down is the same button that you are using to slide the seat back/front. ?
Are you aware that the button needs to be moved in the horizontal plane - IE to mimic the seat going back/forwards ?

Im sorry if that sounds simplistic , but maybe you are only using the switch in the up/down plane and witnessing the seat raise/lower , as well as move forward/back very slightly at the same time ?

I can try to video if you like

Hi Buffy, Thank you very much for the tip. You saved me a trip to the dealer. I had few calls with my local dealer and with Westway Nissan for a good four weeks to see if they can suggest anything. You are amazing 🙏🏻.

How did I missed that point that the same button can move the seat back/forth by sliding. OMG 🤦🏽‍♂️
This is my second car after manual Corolla '06 and a massive jump for me in terms of features in a car, I'm still discovering new features every time I took my Tekna for drive.

You are most welcome - glad its sorted
Hope I didnt come across badly - I just never know who understands and at what level

Enjoy pain free driving - the seats are very comfy.

If you got a big thick vehicle handbook with your car , then its worth a browse
