Hi,Has anyone come across their Steering Wheel Rubber/leather coming off quite badly? Is their any fixes?John

Assuming it's not due to something you used on it to clean it Id be taking it to the dealer and getting a warranty claim done. Shouldn't happen given how long the car has been out.

Yes, I had this on my previous Qashqai. Then I just bought a new, second hand pure leather steering wheel. I have one more left for Qashqai J10 taken from car with 8000 miles on clock, if you are interested.

Seen this on the cars we use at work , can't see Nissan doing anything about it due to the age of the car to be honest ....

Hi All,Sorry for late reply, been a bit crazy at work.As you've noticed, mine is a 2008 which should be well out of warrenty and also at 42,000 odd miles, i doubt it again.I might just look for a second hand staring wheel, its a bit sh*t and quite horrible to look at IMO.
