Can not open the boot

I have had a problem opening the boot for couple of times now.It is usually happening when I have been driving for some time. Then I go to open the boot, but boot lock does not do any sound and wont open.I tried to lock and unlock the car. I tried to keep engine running or not.After some driving again, it just starts to work again.Any ideas?

RIGHT BUTTON:-There are 2 buttons above number plate; you need to be pressing oblong one to undo tailgate,not round one.

Haha, spot on! I spent 10 minutes trying to open it when my brother couldn't get it open yesterday, before realising there were TWO buttons!Needless to say I felt quite sill.

Round one being pressed will cause a beep I recall .

Little round one locks the car and sets the alarm.

I reallized where ther is a problem.I can not open the boot when warning lights are blinking. When I turn them off and turn the engine on agin, I can open the boot again.Is it some stupid safety feature or something wrong with wiering.
