update

So had the car fixed, it took them 3 days, and when i picked it up they found that the door straps were broken so it has to go in for that as well, also they have managed to induce a nice load rattle in the dash and the drivers seat.

at least im getting a juke nismo this time as my courtesy car

Hi, I have a 2016 Tekna , only driven 1000 miles in it(it had 2200 on it when I got it) and last week I had the same experience as yourself, was out all day in very wet weather and had air con on and noticed floor soaking at end of day, dried it out and all was fine for a week but today same thing happened although it is dry outside. Turned off air con and it has not got any worse. What was the solution to your problem?
