Hi guys, had a good look around but couldn't find anything relevant so hoping the wise hear might put me straight.
So we have a 59 plate QQ Acenta
Bought it for what I think is a song for 1700 but does have high mileage at 215000. Good service history however.
So I'm most likely going to be her a lot so advanced, advanced and thrice advanced thanks for any assistance offered.
1 st issue
I hope you can understand what I mean but can always upload a picture of needed.
So it's the rear chrome handle furniture, it had come away and looks to be fitted with plastic plugs, almost like raw plugs, they look red or orange.
Is there any way to fix this, it is loose by around an inch.
Cheers
Jason

If u mean the bit above the number plate then that's fixed from behind by 2 screws. You would need to prise open the big boot door/lid plastic panel from each side to get access but beware, it's fixed by plastic plugs that seemed designed to break if you do so.

Thanks, well that is a pain in the proverbial! Might be more hassle than its worth in that case, thank you for the suggestion and I think it may be a better idea to use some sort of glue/sealant, any suggestions?Pandjh wrote: ↑Sat Dec 09, 2017 11:24 pm If u mean the bit above the number plate then that's fixed from behind by 2 screws. Can you get some self adhesive double sided foam tape under it?
