Windscreen rubber/plastic detail

I have a loose rubber/plastic detail in the lower part of the windscreen. I have a Qashqai 2010.

It looks like this and it's almost completely loose:

Can this be purchased as a spare part? What is the part called? I have tried googling it, but can not find it.

Is it broken or is the adhesive coming loose? Either way, would not a rubber adhesive such as Tiger Seal repair it to 'as new'?
