Also, there’s an article with photos about the new ProPILOT Assist technology on the Auto Express website from the 23rd March 2018. Looks like you’ve got one of the first Qashqai’s with a new style badge! Enjoy 😊

Looks like Tim started a good post and Sandgrounder rounded it off. Thanks for these Facts on the new Pro-Pilot One Edition, but again only a Diesel engine is mentioned but there seems to be a few extras thrown in on this model - Dave :D

That does look like the same badge so I guess that confirms it, it is just the latest design. A shame, I prefer the look of the trapezoid! Thank you all for helping.

Just to add to this , due to the minor update there will be a parts run out process going on as well , it wouldn't surprise me in a few weeks / months time for all models to have the new badge / sharkfin , you may or may not have noticed that lower spec cars still have the whip aerial and old style headlights ....

I think they may be reverting to a different design as I have the jllb. We got ours as one of the first to have the new design and have had issues with the car braking and warning of forward collision on right hand bends. Reported to dvsa and Nissan have just installed new software to rectify this issue so we’ll see. This makes me think they may have changed it due to this issue as when my husband took the car in today to have this done, all the new qashqais had a badge such as yours and not the “new” one like ours! so perhaps thank your lucky stars you don’t have it!

I only noticed today 25/07/18 that when sun was shining onto front grill it was just black,I thot sumone had removed my sept 2017 Nissan(model below Tekna),grill badge

It seems the flat thingy is loose, can it be removed to display chrome Nissan circle

Or can I stick an official 3D badge on

I been told it looks cheap with no pronounced badge & I agree
