The tell tale is the yellow and green cable. So 4 of those wires above are CAN Bus. No idea what the pink is for. The QQ has a 5 pin CAN connector as well as 16 pin OBDII.
The adjacent OBDII connector provides the same CAN connection so its possible to run two pieces of test equipment together? Perhaps there exists a separate firmware programmer? And other things....
The development of CAN (and many others) is ongoing and might be converging across manufacturers. Its a rats nest really and the closest we get to it is the OBDII socket (16 pin). 16 pins is for manufacturers to tailor this socket. Grab a headache here:

Most cars have a single wire Bus also...the LIN Bus. For slower data speed devices...e.g Door mirrors, Steering wheel buttons etc.
