Seats in the facelift model are not as comfy?!

I've got the new QQ N-Connecta and the driver seat seems less comfortable than the older model. Any reason why? Did they change them that much?

Any ideas?

Sorry Dave. I should delete one. Posted one, then thought it should be on the other one.

We have had our Tekna QQ just over the 4 years now and we find the Seats extremely comfortable, but must admit we have no experience at present of the J11B but after reading the Ads would have thought they would have been even better - Dave πŸ˜‰

There is for example a different Seating specification on the model range which could well differ with regard to comments, each model being supposedly better :
Visia : Charcoal Cloth Trim
Acenta Premium : Graphite Cloth Trim
N-Connecta : Graphite Cloth Trim / Monoform Sports Seats
Tekna : Graphite Part Leather / Part Cloth Trim / Monoform Sports Seats with Electrically Adjustable Drivers Seat
Tekna + : Black Nappa Leather Trim with 3D Quilting

The J11A had the so called designed NASA Seats if you have not seen this infoβ€˜ then please see attached :

I can't comment on the pre-facelift seats but the ones on the post-facelift Tekna+ are lovely. The quilted leather is soft, moveable and warms but quickly with the heated seats. Also, so far, I have found the quilted part can be moved slightly very easily to get bits of debris with the vacuum.

Thanks for the input guys. @DaveBerlin, I was used to the Acenta's Graphite Cloth Trim and have always disliked sports seats including those of the N-Connecta.

I'm guessing swapping in an Accenta/Visia seat is possible (if a little mad)?

If money is no object then you should go for what pleases you. But it is highly likely the Fabric will have a slightly different color or finish also. If your comfort is a medical related issue then you have to decide on what fits your needs - Dave πŸ˜‹

Hi All. I also have the N-Connecta 2017 model and find the seats uncomfortable. This is to the point that I get pain in my lower back and also down my left leg. I had an old 2006 Micra before this, BMW 3 series before that and a series of Mondeos before that, and I've never had the discomfort I feel with this car. It seems like it's pushing me over to the left and I have to readjust each time I press in the clutch or any sort of movement. I'm a little over 6ft and 14 stone and I've seen other posts on this forum and elsewhere about discomfort with the seats. I've tried various seating positions with the lumbur now right back (which seems comfortable or any other setting seems to push my bum forward and doesnt seem to focus on the right area) and constantly trying with how far I have the seat reclined, further forward/back etc. but whatever I do I get the same pain in the same area of my back and leg. I've never had this before. Any help would be gratefully appreciated :)
