Replace Panormaic Roof Blind

Good morning,

I have just seen that after using my car as a van for the past week (!!) I have put a hole in the roof blind.

I am about to send the car back to the lease company so need to replace it so that they do not charge me an extortionate amount of money.

Where can I get a replacement blind from, and is it a long job to do??

(I have also damaged the lining of the door pillar which I am sure will also cost me!!

I've never seen mention of anyone else replacing the blind.

The obvious source is a Nissan dealer - not seen any aftermarket suppliers.

Nissan want over £800 just for the 'kit' as they don't sell just the blind.

I can get one on ebay for about £175.00 but that is still a lot.

Annoyingly I just need it to get through the inspection when it goes back to the leasing company, and not sure how closely they inspect it, but really don't want a £1000+ bill!

there is one on ebay, but I am waiting to go to see somebody tomorrow before I place the order (its still £175!!)

Did you resolve this, I’m having the same issue, my Son has put a small hole in the panoramic roof blind and we have to return the lease in 5 weeks.

Are they easy to remove and replace?
