Someone bumped us in the supermarket car park and knocked the two front facing parking sensor pods. They seem to be held on at the front my screws which have pulled through the plastic of the front grille but to fix this the whole front end needs to be removed, has anyone had to do this?

Post some pictures of the damage.

Parking sensors are in the bumper not the grill ?!?

Ahhh that grill

Section 19. https://cardiagn.com/exterior-qashqai-j11/

Looks fairly straightforward, just time consuming. Don't know how you will refit them though, if they have pulled through the old hole will be too big. Maybe some washers of the correct size will hold them in place.

They're called "penny washers"

EDIT - I've just thought - would be cheaper actually drilling a hole in a 1p or 2p coin than to buy one! A "tuppenny" one should do it?

Before I can get someone to help me remove the bumper (I'm disabled) has anyone had any experience of using adhesive on this type of plastic? Recommendations welcome.

Sikaflex 221 is a very good adhesive.
