J11 rear fog lamp bulb holder

I am in the process of re registering my 2016 Qashqai in France. At present the rear fog lamp fitting and bulb is on the drivers side. I need to know where I can get a bulb holder so that I can put the fog lamp onto the opposite side. There is a hole in the left hand rear cluster where this would fit. I would rather not switch the bulb holder to the other side as I may need to change things back to uk spec in the future. All searches so far have sent me to a new light cluster which is what I don’t want. Thanks in anticipation
