Hi group, my first posting so be gentle
I have a 2018 petrol Qashqai which I'm wanting to fit a tow bar to, can anyone recommend a bar and if these are easy to fit, or should I got back to the dealer and have them do it. I'm quite handy, fitted tow bars in the past to 2 Citroen's & a Suzuki (nothing fell off)

If you google tow bars, there is an article on there which says you should be able to fit a tow bar in about 45 minutes. You have to remove the back bumper to fit it. Not sure how long the electrics take, it will depend on whether you have dedicated wiring or not. I have a mobile fitter coming to do mine and he says it will take about 3 hours.
Past cars Mercedes B Class, S Class, E Class Estate, E Class Coupe, G Wagen, 260E interspersed with Peugeot 406 and Audi Coupe.

Hi I put a witter tow bar on my 2018 j11b
That I got second hand
And yes the rear bumper needs to come off so that you can put steel supports inside the chassis legs
The electric's were easy as I found a plug on the rear left (near the the boot light ) that was for tow electric's although I don't get the pdc going off when reversing but i guess original nissan would just plug and play
It took me around an 45mins but I did have to re wire some electric's and a friend helped so I didn't scratch the bumper and lift the tow bar into place while I screwed it in
