Before I start stripping our QQ down to make a comparison of a Standard vs a Repaired QQ, I took one pic and that for me appears that whoever repaired your QQ needs to correct it, now what it is like hidden behind the Panels is a Big Question.
If they cannot simply Push these Plugs in it makes you wonder what the Floor is like - rippled or normal !
Your need to get involved with your Insurance Co. and who in fact passed this Repair for the Customer. If I were you I would pay out for a Technical Report from a Responsible Auto Engineer in case you need a lawyer.
